These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and 77n7 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 77n7 website, mobile platform, and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, and payment processing (collectively, "the Services"). These Terms apply to all users of the 77n7 platform regardless of how they access it.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of the verification process. Age verification is mandatory before the processing of any withdrawal request.

To access the full range of 77n7 services, you must register a player account. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in the cancellation of all accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to update that information promptly if it changes.

• You must provide a valid mobile number and email address that you own and control. These will be used for account verification, security alerts, and support communications.

77n7 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where there is reasonable suspicion of identity fraud, account sharing, or misrepresentation of registration details. Any balance held in a fraudulently registered account may be forfeited pending investigation.

77n7 processes all player deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfers through Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other approved institutions. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum withdrawal per single transaction is ৳200,000. Higher amounts may be processed in multiple transactions.
• Withdrawals are only processed to a payment channel that matches the name on the verified player account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise in its dedicated terms:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and do not form part of your withdrawable real-money balance until all wagering requirements have been met in full.

• Opening or operating more than one player account, whether under the same or different identities, with the intent to exploit bonuses, circumvent limits, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the 77n7 platform to launder money or to conduct any transaction that is connected to criminal proceeds, in violation of applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or claim bonuses in a manner not consistent with genuine human play.
• Colluding with other players or with third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or sporting event offered on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or at any point during the account verification process.
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law, including through the use of VPNs or other geo-circumvention tools.

77n7 employs fraud detection systems that monitor for the patterns associated with the above prohibited activities. Detection of prohibited activity will trigger an immediate account review. Players found to have engaged in prohibited activities will have their accounts permanently closed and all balances forfeited without appeal.

All content on the 77n7 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, and software — is the property of 77n7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content.

The 77n7 brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of 77n7. Unauthorised use of any 77n7 trademark, including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77n7 and its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds resulting from game outcomes; loss of data; loss of profits; interruption of service; or any other commercial or financial losses, even if 77n7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

77n7 makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from malicious code. While 77n7 employs SSL encryption and industry-standard security practices, no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Players use the platform at their own risk with respect to any technical failures, data breaches, or service interruptions beyond 77n7's reasonable control.

77n7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account at its discretion in any of the following circumstances:

• The account holder is found to have provided false or misleading information during registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• The account holder is found to have engaged in any activity listed in Section 8 (Prohibited Activities) of these Terms.
• The account holder is under the age of 21, or was under the age of 21 at the time they registered or placed any bet on the platform.
• The account holder requests account closure under the platform's self-exclusion or responsible gaming provisions.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the player, any remaining balance in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request (including self-exclusion), any real-money balance after the satisfaction of active wagering requirements will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of identity verification.

77n7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on the platform you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 77n7 does not sell personal data to third parties. If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact 77n7 support to close your account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, whether or not you have read them.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the 77n7 platform. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, you agree to first contact 77n7 support to seek an informal resolution. 77n7 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to a mutually agreed form of alternative dispute resolution. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
